If your purchase arrives damaged, we are happy to provide you with a full refund, or a replacement of the item. Please return the broken product to us, alongside your proof of purchase, within 14 days. (Contact me, and I can provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you). All refunds will be sent to the card or the PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Without Proof of Purchase
If we cannot determine that you had purchased the product from our online store or our market stall, we are entitled by law to decline a refund. Items returned to us without proof of purchase will not be refunded or replaced.
Change of Mind Refunds
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not offer a refund or replacement due to a change of mind.
